Er Mok Lip Wee is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years of expertise in building services consultancy.

He is a Singapore-registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical), a Registered Inspector (M&E), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer, and a Green Mark Accredited Professional.

Throughout his career, Er Mok has successfully managed a wide range of projects in diverse sectors, including:

•Healthcare Projects: These include significant hospitals and healthcare facilities such as National University Hospital (NUH), Alexandra Hospital (AH), Institute of Mental Health (IMH), Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Singapore General Hospital (SGH), IHH, and Pancare.

•Industrial Projects: Er Mok has extensive experience in industrial projects, including shipyards and production and process plants, both in mainland Singapore and Jurong Island.

•Commercial & Office Projects: He has been involved in key commercial developments, such as the Paya Lebar Square development, A&A projects at Changi Airport Terminals, Marina Bay Financial Centre, Twenty Anson, Harbourfront Centre, and other notable locations.

•Institutional Projects: Er Mok also has managed projects at ICA Checkpoints, army camps, and the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).

In addition to his hands-on expertise, Er Mok has also acted as an Expert Witness for dispute resolution and serves on various technical committees, further demonstrating his leadership in the field.

Er Moritz Li has over 10 years of experience in building services consultancy and construction. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) and has successfully managed and contributed to a wide range of projects across various sectors, including Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, and Infrastructure developments.

Moritz has been involved in the success of many projects, including:

Steve Yuan has over 15 years of experience in the design and delivery of building services installations across both the public and private sectors. Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering (with honors) in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, awarded in 2007. He is a Green Mark Accredited Professional and a Member of the Institution of Engineers in Singapore, demonstrating his commitment to sustainable design and engineering excellence.

Steve’s extensive portfolio spans various industries, including industrial, commercial, institutional, retail, and residential projects. Furthermore, he has particular expertise in healthcare and laboratory projects.

Steve has done projects on Operating Theatres, Endoscopy Centers, Polyclinics, Neurology and Neurosurgical Intensive Care Units, Patient Wards, Outpatient Clinics, and Renal Dialysis Centers. Additionally, he has managed extensive retrofitting and regularization works for hospitals.
